Many third parties offer a wealth of information about the eBay marketplace to help you determine the best time and place for listing your items on eBay. They also show you what features are most correlated to success in auction-style listings.

Click on the Sell tab at the top of any eBay page to go to the Sell hub. Then, under Resources, click on More resources.  Under Third Party Services, click on the link to eBay Solutions Directory.
