Don't let the inevitable difficult customer color the way you present yourself to buyers. Stay focused on your overall customer satisfaction strategy. For example, rather than expend energy and peace of mind fighting with a customer (which is never a good strategy), do everything you can to make them happy and then move on. If offering the buyer satisfaction results in a loss, remember that you may be able to write off such losses at the end of your business cycle.
