The safest way to communicate with your seller is through the Ask Seller a Question link in the item listing. Copies of the emails will be sent to your My Messages inbox, accessible through My eBay, and you can hide your email address if you do not wish to share it with the seller. 


Responses from the seller should come into My Messages, too. In addition, if you communicate with a seller through eBay's message system, eBay may be able to warn you if something goes wrong with the seller. If an eBay seller requests that you do not use this method of communication, please be wary!
